Fashion’s first lady, Michelle Obama ditched the jeggings and hopped on over to Easter Sunday mass at St. John’s church in Washington D.C, wearing a recycled maroon dress, which she wore in France back in 2009 (view the photo below), by Thakoon.
Ebony’s May cover girl polished off the look with a brooched black cardigan and was accompanied by Barack Obama and daughters Malia and Sasha, who also donned cardigans over their a-line dresses.
We’re loving their spring looks, but really wish Michelle would have worn something pastel or a lighter color for the occasion.
What do U think about Michelle's style? Do U love it?!!!

First Lady Michelle Obama strikes a pose on the cover of Ebony's May issue in what is quickly becoming THE color of the month: BLUE!
In the special Mother's Day issue, FLOTUS opens up about parenting, her mom and of course hubby Barack Obama.
Here are some HIGHlights from MObama's interview:
On raising Sasha and Malia:
“Barack and I feel that our greatest responsibility is to raise two productive, respectful, kind empathetic young women.”
On counteracting negative depictions of women in pop culture for the girls:
"My husband talks to our girls about how he expects men in their lives to treat them, and he offers examples by how he treats me and how he treats them."
On the benefits of her mother Marian Robinson living at the White House:
"Anytime I need to go and plop on her couch and just talk, she’s always there."
Aww! Mrs. O sounds so down to earth, especially for someone who wears jeggings. Ha!

The Obama's are known to be one the most fashionable couples to ever grace the White House, so we're not surprised they've decided to release a nail polish collection.
Yes, NAIL POLISH.
The patriotic trio of lacquers were created by Richard Blanch of Le Métier De Beauté and include a delightfully deep "Red-y To Win", a soft, clean "Victory White" and a shimmering sapphire "Bo Blue". It even comes with a special collector's bag!
The collection is available at Obama's online store for $40 with all sales going toward POTUS' re-election campaign.
Sounds like a interesting way to raise funds, and no matter which way you swing politically, we think Obama nailed it.

Michelle Obama stepped out to the State Dinner on Thursday night in a blue Marchesa gown only to have it stepped on by Barack Obama.
For the special evening with British Prime Minister David Cameron and wife Samantha Cameron, FLOTUS was dressed by British-born designer Georgina Chapman, who used the opportunity to dress Michelle in one of her designs.
MObama completed her blue British look with Tom Binns pearls and satin kitten heels.
What do U think of Mrs. O's latest ensemble???

Beyonce and Tina Knowles have added themselves to the list of designers campaigning for Barack Obama's re-election.
Under their House of Deréon label, the two
