Barbie Gets An Afro For Christmas

This Christmas Barbie's rocking a new 'do and it's all thanks to an African-American natural hair group.

The group collected around 40 Barbies to give to the girls at the Booker T. Washington apartments in Columbus, Georgia. But before handing them out, they found an online tutorial that uses pipe cleaners and boiling water to give Barbie's straight hair a natural curly look.

Jennifer Henderson, a member of the group, said: "We wanted to show the girls that basically, it’s okay the way God made you."

That's right because as a certain someone said, you're beautiful in your way ’cause God makes no mistakes!

Katy Perry's Barbie Looks Delicious!

Katy Perry's one-of-a-kind Barbie has been revealed and it's almost good enough to eat!

The dress was inspired by Katy's actual cupcake dress that she wore on her California Dreams tour and is made up of 70 hand-painted, "mini cupcakes".

The doll also features hand-painted tattoos, sparkling pink shoes, a glittered candy cane mic and a waffle-cone stage complete with swirly pops, “ice cream” mountains and cotton candy clouds.

Nicki Minaj and Katy Perry are getting immortalized in plastic and it's for a good cause!

Mattel has created a one-of-a-kind Barbie of each singer and will be auctioned off next week on CharityBuzz.com.

The bidding starts at $1,000 with all proceeds benefiting Project Angel Food.
