Bono's Wife Creates T-Shirts For Poverty

Ali Hewson is doing her part to help alleviate poverty in Africa by launching a collection of t-shirts.

Ali explained why the cause is so close to her heart:

"I first travelled to Africa in 1985 with Bono and it was a journey that affected both of us deeply. We've been back many times since. We both want to show the beauty of the continent.

Kibera, where the school is situated, is one of the largest slums in Africa and is home to more than 100,000 orphaned children. The people who run the school are very dedicated, and the children so enthusiastic, we felt compelled and inspired by their energy. With these Ts we are able to provide funding to for basic school supplies, hot lunches and healthcare."

Bono's wife got help designing the Saharan inspired shirts from children in Kenya and can be purchased at the UK's Liberty department store.

Bono For Louis???

This is inneresting.

There have been some loud whispers that Bono will be appearing in the next series of Louis Vuitton ads.

While the appearance may seem random, the U2 front man actually has a Vuitton connection. His eco-friendly company Edun is partly owned by LVMH.

The company declined to comment, but considering Bono is in one of the world's biggest band and LV is the world's most powerful luxury brand we think it would be a good pairing.

Hollywood's Leading Ladies Cover Vogue Paris

Sacrebleu! Look at all this beauty!

Vogue Paris managed to wrangle up some of Hollywood's A-List to pose for three different covers all featuring Penelope Cruz, as she was the issue's guest editor.

Joining Pene on the main cover is Meryl Streep, Gwyneth Paltrow, Kate Winslet, Juilanne Moore & Naomi Watts.

On the other two both Bono and Meryl get face time with the seksi actress.

Which cover do U like best???

France's First Lady To Edit Fashion Mag

The former supermodel is heading back to her fashionable roots!

Carla Bruni-Sarkozy will be guest-editing Madame Figaro in France, to be photographed by Ellen von Unwerth.

The issue will feature photos of Bono, Farida Khelfa and Marine Delterme as well as an interview with Carla about her charity work. The magazine will also show off creations from Karl Lagerfeld and Jean Paul Gaultier.

ScarJo Keeps It Glamorous

Gorgeous! The lovely Scarlett Johansson is on the January cover of the UK's Harper's Bazaar.

And as usual, ScarJo is looking amazing.

Aside from looking great, ScarJo mentions in her interview how she helps out with various charities.

Lately, she's been doing some work with Bono in Africa as she tells the mag:

“You do gain a certain perspective when you see how people get by with so little and how they’re just happy to have simple things like a well with clean water nearby.

I felt lucky just to live somewhere that has running water. Suddenly a toilet seems such a luxury. It’s miraculous! You really are thankful for the small things.”

Scarlett was photographed by Alexi Lubomirski and was dressed in (Product) RED clothes and accessories to help the cause.

We want some more ScarJo!
