And it's going to cost him a pretty penny!
Three mayjah fashion labels are in a bidding war to get X Factor judge Cheryl Cole to be the face of their new campaigns.
While the other two are unknown, one is definitely Roberto Cavalli. It's rumored that he has offered Cheryl almost $2 million to appear in his autumn/winter ad campaign.
An advertising guru says:
"Cheryl is a great brand icon. She is the Victoria Beckham for a new generation of women. Her fashion credentials aren't yet up to Victoria's, but she combines beauty, poise and elegance with warmth and a big personality."
We're eager to see which label Cheryl chooses (and how much they'll pay her)!

It feels like every week there's a new product that claims it can help turn back time or freeze it!
Now the secret to stop aging in its tracks is Rodial's Glamoxy Snake Serum. The active ingredient is Syn-Ake, which claims to freeze your muscles just like the venom of a South-East Asian Temple Viper.
Creepy.
President of Rodial, Maria Hatzistefanis explains the products effects saying: "One to two pumps a day will last on the skin for eight hours if applied twice a day, morning and evening under your moisturizer."
Trials have also shown that after 2 pumps a day for 28 days, your wrinkles will be 52% less noticeable.
But the snake serum doesn't come cheap. One 25ml bottle will set you back $200. But for high maintenance celebs like Victoria Beckham, Katie Holmes, Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell & Cheryl Cole, who are fans of the product, must think its worth the steep price.
Wonder how long it'll be before someone tries to find the snake, just to make it bite them in the face?

British drugstore Superdrug conducted a survey of 3,000 people to find out who was the beauty icon of the decade. And the winner is… Angelina Jolie!
Steve Jebson, commercial director for Superdrug, reveals:
"Angelina Jolie is not a conventional beauty but her strong character shines thorugh her fabulous features to give her a unique standing in the beauty world. It's worth noting that while everyone talks about Angelina's pout we find that it's her long, thick, lustrous hair that really makes British women envious, as well as a figure made for the red carpet."
And, in yet another slap in the face, guess who came in second on the iist: Jennifer Aniston.
Yikes! Bet that stings.
Our girl Kylie Minogue came in at number three, with Miz Catherine Zeta Jones following in fourth place. And we guess people weren't bothered by all the extensions drama because Cheryl Cole came in fifth, with Scarlett Johansson close behind in the sixth place slot. Keira Knightley, Beyonce, and Liv Tyler with seventh, eighth, and ninth, respectively.
This seems like a pretty good list and we agree with most of the rankings and selection of women.
And of course, no one is prettier than our Angie!
Who do you think is the style icon of the decade??

Good news for Alexa Chung!
The TV personality has just topped Vogue's 2009 list of most stylish women!
We gotta hand it to her, the girl knows how to put together a cute outfit. She always looks effortlessly chic, combining vintage with new and funky accessories to give her a unique yet on-trend look.
The full list includes a wide range of women, from Michelle Obama to Lady Gaga.
We have to say, we're slightly surprised that Alexa was ranked at number one, but we can get behind it. We think Gaga should have come in higher than number eleven, though!
The full list is as follows:
1. Alexa Chung
2. Audrey Tautou
3. Sarah Jessica Parker
4. Cheryl Cole
5. Dannii Minogue
6. Emma Watson
7. Sienna Miller
8. Diane Kruger
9. Freida Pinto
10. Kate Moss
11. Lady GaGa
12. Lily Donaldson
13. Leighton Meester
14. Michelle Obama
15. Angelina Jolie
16. Georgia May Jagger
17. Anna Friel
18. Olivia Palermo
19. Carla Bruni-Sarkozy
20. Beth Ditto
Lots of our favorites on that list!
Who do U think should be number one?

Well, this is interesting.
We were bowled over not long ago when we saw this advertisement starring pretty girl Cheryl Cole. She looks gorgeous - her hair is completely captivating, long and shiny. You can't take your eyes off it! It would make any gal eager to try out whatever the Girls Aloud singer is using on her locks - as she puts it in the ad, her "hair feels stronger, full of life, replenished with a healthy shine. It's got its mojo back!" Yeah, well, maybe that's because it's not real hair!
News has surfaced that Cheryl is wearing extensions in the advertisement! What's more, the extensions might not even be human hair, but an artificial breed of hair extensions which are lighter and shinier than any human hair. Julien Guyonnet, Cheryl's hairdresser, says Cheryl used to use natural hair but the glue damaged her own hair so as of late she's been wearing the artificial locks.
Naturally, people are upset and feel misled by the adverts, which lead the consumer to believe that that type of hair is attainable for drugstore prices. In reality, however, Cheryl's extensions cost upwards of $1,500!
Hollllyyyy smokes! That is a lot of money for some shine and bounce!
Apparently, L'Oreal offers a disclaimer in fine (very, very fine) print in the ad, but unless someone were to look for it, you would never know it. The cosmetic company released a statement saying, "Cheryl has worn hair extensions for some time. They are part of her look and are cared for in the same way as normal hair."
Similarly, a spokeswoman for Cheryl has said, "L’Oréal are within their rights and the ads are not breaking any rules. We would never comment on what type of hair extensions Cheryl is using because these are quite personal questions.”
Check out the ad above to see all of the fine print L'Oreal sneaks by!
Do you feel had? We do!
