Heidi Klum's Dress Makes Us Hungry

Lettuce explain.

Heidi Klum and Christian Siriano for the Emmys.

The Project Runway hostess wore a custom dress designed by the Project Runway winner that reminds us of a head of cauliflower.

All that's missing is some ranch dressing and she'd have something to snack on during the ceremony.

Ha!

Pretty!

Modern Family's Sarah Hyland was looking super cute at the Emmys on Sunday night.

The young actress teamed up with Project Runway winner Christian Siriano to create her coral silk organza gown accented with an antique belt.

Such an improvement from earlier this year!

Christian Siriano's New Collection For Payless Launches Next Month

Filed Under: Christian Siriano Collection's Bureau Shoes! Shoes! Shoes!

siriano-and-his-new-payless-collection.jpg

Last November we told you about Christian Siriano expanding his line of shoes for Payless by up to 20 fierce styles including boots, sandals and even handbags.

Well, the collection is finally launching next week!

On September 7th, the Christian Siriano for Payless expanded collection will hit Payless stores across the US, Puerto Rico, Canada and online.

And as imagined, prices are affordable with items starting at just $23.

Payless’ CEO reveals:

“We are thrilled to bring Christian’s unique design point of view to more shoppers this fall. Our customers love Christian’s creative designs and given the popularity of his current Payless label — which stresses more dress looks from his New York Fashion Week runway show — we knew we had to bring forward more of Christian’s style at great prices to more Payless stores and a broader customer base. We are excited to see the consumer reaction in Sept.”

Siriano adds:

“I am really excited about my expanded collection with Payless. It reflects my high-fashion look, but with a more accessible price point, which allows even more shoppers to enjoy fabulous fashion. I think shoes and bags are the easiest ways to refresh a wardrobe and getting a chic new handbag for $23 to coordinate with your $30 ballet flats is an amazing value any fashion lover can appreciate.”

The line features six shoe styles which include dressy heels, casual oxfords, strappy dress sandles, ballet flats, and ankle boots and will stay fresh by changing four times a year.

Nice!

Siriano Tones It Down For Fall

Filed Under: Fashion Smashion Christian Siriano Collection's Bureau Fashion Week

christian-siriano-fall-2011-rtw-nyfw-1.jpg

Christian Sirano's fall collection was quite the departure from what we saw in spring.

There were still the ruffled ball gowns that we love, but many of the pieces were a lot less complicated and more on the sleek side.

We think Siriano went a little overboard with the sheer fabric, but as a whole it was a nice collection.
