What's it like to have Madonna as your boss? Pretty damn cool, says Kelly Osbourne.
The face of Material Girl was recently in San Francisco for the brand's Lucky Star model search and sat down with Refinery 21 to talk all things Madge and fashion.
Here are some HIGHlights:
What excites you the most about being the face of Material Girl?
"To have Madonna ask you to be the face of her brand, that’s the coolest thing ever. As a young girl who grew up idolizing her and thinking that she was the be-all and end-all of how women should be, being the face of Material Girl is the greatest honor I’ve ever had."
You're a member of the Fashion Police, but what’s the worst fashion faux pas that you've personally committed?
"Sweat stains on clothes! I’ll never be one of these girls who could walk into anything and say, 'I can do this!' I always get nervous…and then I start sweating. People literally interview me on the red carpet and I’m like dabbing my top lip, trying to be subtle about it. I’m like oh my God, get me out!"
So do you get nervous when you do a taping of Fashion Police?
"No, because Joan is just so funny! We’re like a family now. It’s mainly a comedy show based on fashion and it's one of those things where you have to have a sense of humor about yourself."
Wonder if Christina Aguilera sees it that way???

When The Voice returns February 5th, we're not so sure if Christina Aguilera's less than favorable fashion choices will too.
The singer definitely seems to be going Back to Basics in that department!
With the wild hair tamed, a silk blouse and black skirt with matching black tights and heels, Xtina looks way more polished than usual.
Even her make-up is looking more refined these days!

Christina Aguilera indulged in some retail therapy on Thursday and did so without putting on pants.
The songstress stopped by Fred Segal and Agent Provocateur on Melrose leaving little to the imagination in black booty shorts, tights, white tee and leather jacket.
Christina attempted to add some class to her look by accessorizing herself with an Alexander McQueen scarf, Christian Louboutin heels and a Hysteric Glamour hat.

Kelly Osbourne's panties have been in a real twist lately.
First she goes off on Christina Aguilera and now Kate Middleton.
During an appearance on The Tonight Show, the Fashion Police co-host ripped the Duchess a new one for repeating her outfits.
She told Jay Leno:
"In England they are like look how thrifty she's being, showing the British public that the Royals are in a recession as well. Only in this country they call it a faux pas.
Well I'm sorry but if I had that job I would only wear it once. If I am going to be the future bloody Queen of England I'm going to wear that dress once because I'm giving up the rest of my life, all of my privacy, at least I can get a new dress every day."
Me-ow!
Give the girl some credit.
She's only been a Duchess for less than 4 months and she's been doing a fairly good job dressing herself. And even if she repeats the occasional outfit, who cares?
It just shows how normal and down to earth she is despite being royalty.
