Is Latisse really that desperate for a celebrity endorsement that they'd settle with Claire Danes?
Seems that way.
The company which has featured Brooke Shields' as their spokesperson, has just announced that Danes will be the new gal hawking the lash grower product.
Latisse, which is FDA-approved, claims that after 8 weeks of use, half of their customers see longer and fuller lashes.
Though according to the site's warning message, using Latisse:
May cause eyelid skin darkening which may be reversible, and there is potential for increased brown iris pigmentation which is likely to be permanent. There is a potential for hair growth to occur in areas where LATISSE solution comes in repeated contact with skin surfaces. If you develop or experience any eye problems or have eye surgery, consult your doctor immediately about continued use of LATISSE. The most common side effects after using LATISSE solution are an itching sensation in the eyes and/or eye redness.
Nice results, but is it really worth all the possible side effects?

Claire Danes is sky high in the September issue of BlackBook Magazine.
Photographed by Sante D'Orazio, the homewrecking cover girl models clothes by Emilio Pucci, Gucci, Herve Leger, and Topshop, with accessories by Lanvin, Alexis Bittar, Cartier, Calvin Klein, American Apparel and H&M.
We LOVE the one shoulder sequined dress (Herve Leger by Max Azria).
We also love that she's channeling GaGa sans pants!
We don't love her, though.
Can someone Photoshop Megan Fox's head on her body???
Thanks!
