Nothing good can come from this!
Heatherette designer Richie Rich is launching a new fashion label entitled Tabliod Hero and he claims he's gonna get all his friends to wear it!
Rich said:
"All my celebrity friends will be rocking it out. I spoke the other day to Fergie, who is dying to wear it. Pamela Anderson said the same thing. I am going to do the first infomercial with Kim Kardashian, who even though she has her own line, she says she will support me."
The best way to get your line taken seriously is definitely an infomercial.
The artist, who refers to Pamela Anderson as his muse, said that the items in his first sportswear collection will feature a Tabloid Hero logo.
Truly inspired. Ha!

They must be desperate!
Fred Perry has designed a collection around Amy Winehouse.
The label's marketing director, Richard Martin explains their choice of crackie, saying:
"Amy has been wearing Fred Perry for years, so we were aware she was a genuine fan of the brand. Amy has a unique sense of style that reflects the brand's own historical reference points."
Martin insists that Amy was very involved with the picking of fabric, color and styling details for the collection that includes twinsets, skinny pencil skirts, capri pants, mini dresses and polo shirts.
Wonder if they'll come with drug concealing or pipe shaped pockets?

When we first heard whispers that Madonna would be designing a line of clothing at Macy's we were skeptical, but it seems like it's going to happen.
Today it was announced the Queen of Pop and manager Guy Oseary will join together with Iconix Brands to form MG Icon, LLC. Under the name Madge will be churning out many fashion related projects.
Upon the announcement Madonna said "Joining forces with Iconix to bring my fashion ideas to consumers is very exciting for me."
The first project will be a junior's line called Material Girl. The younger line will include everything from apparel, footwear, handbags and accesories, with the possibility of expanding into beauty and fragrances.
Not surprisingly, Madonna's 13 year old daughter, Lourdes is the muse for the collection. Jeff Gennette, chief merchandising officer at Macy's explains: "Lourdes has an incredible sense of style and her point of view on fashion has definitely been an inspiration for the line".
Material Girl will be hitting 200 stores in August with the possibility of reaching 850 in the future. Price points for the line are actually very affordable, ranging from $12 to $40.
Aside from the Macy's line, MG Icon is expected to announce another collaboration with a designer label for a line of branded eyewear.
We can't wait to see what M and her team come up with!
