Courteney Looks Lovely In Victoria Beckham

Courteney Cox hit the red carpet at the Golden Globes last night donning a very pretty black embellished empire waist Victoria Beckham Spring 2010 dress.

The look isn't the most striking, but we think it is wholly appropriate for the actress as she managed to look beautiful and elegant.

Seems we aren't the only ones who think so - hubby David Arquette said, "I love [the dress]! I give her thumbs up."

He even helped the actress preserve the dress when it began to rain, dabbing it with newspaper to keep the water from soiling the gown.

Courteney said, "I love the dress, and I love the zipper in the back."

Looks like Posh will be on the designing scene for a long time to come!

Courteney & David Design Jewels For A Good Cause

The Cox-Arquette's have teamed up with jewelry company Satya to create some cute and affordable butterfly baubles with 100% of the proceeds going to charity.

David Arquette reveals how the collaboration came about from "a beautiful child named Brendon, the son of one of our dear friends, Andrea Pett Joseph, who was born with EPIDERMOLYSIS BULLOSA or EB. We were not aware of the condition until it affected us personally but, of course, once we got to know this incredible child we wanted to do whatever we could to help."

EB is a rare and life-threatening genetic condition, which causes the skin to develop burn-like wounds.

How awful!

Courteney and her hubby chose the butterfly to symbolize the fragility of the EB childrens' skin.

David goes on to say daughter Coco had a role with their jewelry collaboration. "I think becoming a parent redefines your understanding of love and compassion. Beyond spirituality, it is about being a good person and doing what you can to make a difference and make this world a better place. It is important to do positive things in your life."

It's so nice to see celebs using their fame for something positive!

Maybe Mariah Carey would sport some of the items???

What is going on with Alexis Arquette?

The drag queen/actor/reality show contestant/famous sibling was looking all a mess Tuesday night as she was pAArtying it up at the Bardot lounge in Los Angeles.

You'd think by now she would perfect her tranny style!

She could have even asked her sister-in-law Courteney Cox for some advice. But that mini-skirt, that shirt, that awful makeup.

Wrong. Wrong. Wrong!
