Nike really loves Cristiano Ronaldo.
On top of erecting a 32 foot tall statue of him in Madrid, Nike just renewed his sponsorship deal. Rather than the $4.5 million euros he earned previously, they've decided to increase Crissy's allowance to $6 million euros a year for the next 4 years.
Dayum!
Nike hoped the extra ca$$$h would steer him away from signing German rivals Adidas.
Money talks!
Congrats Crissy, now take off your shirt to celebrate!

Check out this zexy video of the soccer stud at his Armandi underwear shoot (above)!

More images have been released from the soccer star's Armani undie and jean campaign.
While we may not be wild with Cristiano Ronaldo's poses and styling, he sure is pretty to look at.
Almost too pretty.
Thoughts???

We have the first shots from Cristiano Ronaldo's upcoming Armani underwear campaign, and we're having some mixed feelings over here.
On the one hand, his body looks bangin, no question. How could it not??
But, just like with Megan Fox's campaign shots, while the new meat is beautiful, we think the Beckhams set the bar too high!
Here, we're not wild about the affected poses or the styling.
First of all, his eyebrows look over-preened. Secondly, we're not nuts about the hair. Don't get us wrong, it's great everyday hair, but it doesn't hold a candle to the way David Beckham was styled in the prior campaign. With the brows and the hair combined, he kinda has a Jay Manuel thing goin' on - and that ain't good!
The Beckhams just bring a high-fashion vibe that can't be beat. The lack thereof can only be blamed on the models - fashion photog greats Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott shot each campaign, and the brand is clearly constant. The models are the only variables!
Becks didn't just look hot, he looked sleek and striking. Cristiano has hot in spades, but we feel like the wow factor is missing a little bit - he looks like any other male model striking a pose.
What do you think?
Does Cristiano's campaign live up to the high standards David set before him?

According to sources, Giorgio Armani is trying to recruit Twilight cutie Taylor Lautner to become the next face of Armani fragrances and A/X Armani Exchange.
Reports reveal, "Giorgio has offered Taylor a deal rumored to be worth millions for the ads…Taylor is flattered and really considering it."
Taylor's reps deny there's any veracity to the story.
To be completely honest, we'd be a little surprised if this were true. Based on precedent, Taylor seems a little young to be Giorgio's choice. Plus, they already have Cristiano Ronaldo on board as their next male mascot.
Would you like to see Taylor grace the Armani ad campaigns?
