De-lish!
Gossip Girl hottie Penn Badgley tries out his modeling skills in the February/March issue of Wonderland Magazine and the results are spectacular.
Unfortunately, he had to go and open his mouth about how he's over the whole Gossip Girl/fame thing saying:
"I remember the first time we did a Gossip Girl fan event and about 600 people showed up. And they were all screaming. How do you not let something like that go to your head? The answer is that you just can’t. The first two seasons, I was definitely into it. I admit it. It was an interesting thing to be a part of. Not just seeing yourself on billboards, and getting invited to all these parties, and whatever, but the weirder aspects, too, they were interesting to explore. Like I went on the fake MySpace page someone set up for me. Which was really boring, by the way. But now I’m sort of over the whole thing. I don’t resent the attention, but I don’t necessarily invite it, either. I think it’s when people do that – when they become so obsessed with their public image that they don’t feel like themselves when they’re out of the spotlight – that’s when they crack-up."
GROAN!
You may be pretty, but we don't sympathize with you one bit.

This is ridiculous.
Fashion insiders have dished on how much certain labels will pay to have a celebrity butt in their front row seats and the price tags are HUGE. Of course it all depends what list you're on.
Here's how much each celeb pockets for an appearance:
A-List
Rihanna ($100,000 or more)
Beyonce ($80,000-$100,000)
Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen ($80,000 each)
Julianne Moore ($60,000)
Maggie Gyllanhal ($60,000)
Chloe Sevigny ($60,000 or more)
Jennifer Lopez (circa 2005: $80,000; circa 2010: $30,000)
Lindsay Lohan (circa 2006: $60,000; circa 2010; UNINVITED)
Colin Firth (pre-A Single Man: $5,000; post-A Single Man: $15,000)B-List
Blake Lively ($50,000)
Leighton Meester($40,000)
Hilary Duff ($40,000)
Other Gossip Girl cast members ($25,000 a piece)
Jared Leto ($25,000)
Cliven Owen ($10,000)
Kristen Bell (unpaid, but airfare, makeup and clothing are taken care of)C-List
Kim Kardashian ($35,000-$50,000)
Amanda Bynes ($25,000-$30,000)
Eliza Dushku (unpaid, but airfare, makeup and clothing are taken care of)D-List
Paris Hilton (free or UNINVITED)
Jersey Shore cast (UNINVITED)
America’s Next Top Model Winners (free)
We're guessing this list was made before word got out that the juice heads would be invading Bryant Park, but the others are pretty funny especially since Lindsanity was considered A-List.

Saving up that holiday ca$$$h for your closet? Then you'll want to read this before hitting those sale racks.
Gossip Girl's costume designer Eric Daman is spilling the deets on what the future Serena van der Woodsens and Blair Waldorfs need to stock their closets with for 2010.
Here's what Eric has to say:
1. STATEMENT BRACELETS: "It's all about mixing materials. Enamel pieces are also going to be big."
2. EXPOSED ZIPPERS: Daman says he'll add a zipper to a piece if the fit isn't right. "Only if it's something minimal so I don't toy with the design."
3. PAINTED PRINTS: "It's almost Monet-like. A real concept."
4. TEXTURED TIGHTS: "Men love them. They're really sexy and a nice take on a contemporary fishnet. For the winter, put a nude tight underneath to keep you warm."
5. GRAY: "The new interpretation of gray is that it's the new black, a neutral. It's a no-brainer."
6. STRUCTURED: "This is very minimalist and linear. It has a Bauhaus architecture sense to it. Its lines could be those of the Chrysler Building, or the downtown Washington Square arch with the structure of the Upper East Side."
Inneresting predictions.
Will U be participating in any of these emerging fashion trends in the new year???

Following on the heels of Gossip Girl co-stars Blake Lively and sleepy Taylor Momsen (yeah it was Nylon Japan, but it counts), Hilary Duff is Nylon's January cover girl.
Here's some HIGHlights from HDuff's interview:
Her clothing line, Femme for DKNY Jeans:
“I got to bring in textures that I loved and tell them about the shapes that I like. I designed clothing that I feel are staples for my closet. I think that’s really helpful to girls who need to know they can mix high-end with low-end, and you don’t have to buy a complete outfit the way it’s shown in the store. Every girl needs a great leather jacket, and every girl needs a skinny pair of black jeans.”On her close bond with her mother:
“My mom is rad. I feel I’m so much like her. I don’t know if it’s wrong to drop an F-bomb in the same sentence as your mother, but I’m so fucking lucky to have my mom. She’s just taught me so much and given me so much, and she has such an open heart.”The experience of fame:
“I walked into a mall one day and was mobbed by people. And I just remember feeling really different than everyone else. I felt really loved. But it was weird at the same time. I don’t necessarily like to walk into a place and be recognized.”Taking the part of starlet Olivia Burke on Gossip Girl:
“I was a little hesitant. It was kind of close to home… then I realized, I would never say something [that Olivia says] like, ‘Oh, this is just for the cameras.’ I think that’s what makes me so different from some of the other people my age. It seemed for a time there were people who hated each other – and I knew they hated each other – but they were in pictures together all the time, smiling and throwing their arms around each other. I was like, “You’re in the same business I am – how can you do that and feel okay? I so wouldn’t do that.”
Sounds like those Lizzie McGuire and Disney days are a thing of the past.
Should we expect to see Jessica Szohr on the next Nylon cover???

Seems like every rumor that comes out about Victoria Beckham's business ventures are false. First she denies the modeling company and now this!
All this week there's been loud whispers that Gossip Girl's Blake Lively would be the new face for the Victoria Beckham collection. But once again Posh's rep has come out and putting those rumors to rest. Says the rep:
"I don't know where this one has come from - other than from Blake being a fan of the Victoria Beckham collection. She is not Victoria's muse and these is no 'face of' the advertising campaign."
And there you have it.
But the question still remains. Who WILL be the face of Vic's campaign?
If we had to guess, Victoria Beckham herself.
