Yep! Hard to believe that the frugal fashionista owned the night in what was easily one of the least expensive dresses there!

Well hello there!

Nicole Richie was in New York City on Tuesday night for a special Fashion Star event at H&M.

The mentor was all but mellow in a yellow print Winter Kate dress, red satin Brian Atwood pumps and mustard-color House of Harlow 1960 crocodile clutch.

Nicole finished off her Fashion Star fabulous look with House of Harlow jewels and a chic high knot.

We're loving what we see from the front, but it's the back of Mrs. Madden's dress that really caught our attention!

H&M Wants You To Pucker Up For A Kissable Cause

In just two days H&M's 5th Annual Fashion Against AIDS collection drops in select stores and online!

To celebrate the release, the fast fashion chain has launched a new charitable campaign called Kiss For A Cause and pledged to donate $1 to HIV/AIDS prevention for every kissing picture uploaded to their website.

Oh yeah, and for each Fashion Against AIDS product bought H&M's donating 25% of the price to cause as well.

The Largest H&M In The World Is Coming To Mexico City!

Get ready to see more H&M s around the world!

In addition to launching a new retail chain, the fast fashion retailer announced on Monday they're expanding into the Latin America market and they're doing it BIG.

The first store is scheduled to open in the fall at Mexico City's Centro Santa Fe mall and will be the largest H&M in the world.

Dayum. That's a lot of clothes!

The Swedish chain also plans to expand their presence in Bulgaria, Thailand and Indonesia in 2012, but on a smaller scale.
