This is EFFED UP.
Indonesia is looking to ban mini skirts because they're "too pornographic" according to Suryadharma Ali, Indonesia's religious affairs minister and head of the anti-porn task force.

It's like John Galliano all over again!
A French court has found Jean-Paul Guerlain guilty of making racist comments during a 2010 interview on French TV.
As punishment for saying he "worked like a n****r" the 75 year old perfumer has been ordered to pay 6,000 euros or $7,960. In addition to the fine, he also has to pay Movement Against Racism and for Friendship, SOS Racism Association, and French Representative Council of Black Associations $5,370 EACH.
During the trial Guerlain told the court he is "from another generation" and it was "a common expression at the time". While he regrets his decision, he still insists he was being anything but racist.
Do U think that's a far punishment???

Finally, this horrible nightmare is over!
Lauren Scruggs wasn't settling for $200,000 after losing an eye and a hand from an airplane propeller!
But now she has settled with Aggressive Insurance Services… for an undisclosed amount, which we're betting could buy her first class tickets for the rest of her life!
Though no amount of money could ever take away the horrible memory of that day, we're hoping she can at least find some peace with her legal victory.

And, so the sweatshop scandal involving Alexander Wang continues, this time with the designer releasing a statement, refuting the allegations (yet again).
Wang offers a reason as to why the plaintiff, Wenyu Lu, would falsely accuse him stating the former employee was fired for "bullying" his co-workers.
The designer adds:
"The claims regarding sweatshop conditions are completely untrue. In reality, this case was filed by an individual who was let go by the company as a result of serious harassment issues. We stand by our decision to promote a safe workplace environment for all employees regardless of false claims that may be waged against us in retaliation."
Meanwhile, as we have mentioned, the case has since been moved to federal court. The plaintiffs have asked Federal Judge Harold Baer to give the suit class-action status, which REALLY isn't good news for Wang.
It's getting serious now…
But, the real question is which side to believe?

Seriously!?
Out of all the people in the world, Turkish company Biomen decided to use Hitler to hawk their line of shampoo for men.
In the commercial (above) Hitler can be heard saying:
"If you’re not wearing women’s clothes, you shouldn’t be using women’s shampoo either. Here it is. A real man’s shampoo. Biomen. Real men use Biomen."
Not surprisingly, this isn't sitting well with a lot of people and has prompted a lot of responses condemning the commercial.
