Matthew McConaughey's fiance Camila Alves showed off her engagement ring Wednesday night at QVC's fashion week party.
Mateo popped the question to his longtime girlfriend and mother of his two children on Christmas Day, with a three-stone rose cut diamond ring.
Camila gushed that "it feels great" to be wearing such a beautiful ring, but adds she's been too busy designing her Muxo handbags to finalize any wedding plans.

As we mentioned earlier, the jewelry company is suing The Talk hostess for allegedly backing out of a design deal and she's ready to fight.

Bad news for Sharon Osbourne today. The British diva is being sued by jewelry company Lucas Design International Inc.
Miz Osbourne is accused of breach of contract with the company claiming she backed out of a deal and cost them to lose more than $500,000!
According to papers filed in Los Angeles Superior court, Sharon entered into an oral agreement with the company last February for the “design and promotion of a Sharon Osbourne jewelry collection."
