She's really going out with a bang this year, isn't she.
Next month Oprah will be auction off TONS of shiz that she doesn't want anymore on eBay. Included in the 150 item auction are some barely worn Jimmy Choo shoes, a Chanel handbag and a Carolina Herrera dress.
The money raised from the auction will benefit O's Leadership Academy in South Africa.
The auction starts March 1st and ends on the 11th.

Girl power!
Women for Women International charity with some help from Harper's Bazaar editor, Lucy Yeomans is teaming up with British designers like Sienna Miller (remember her and her sister have a clothing line) and Jimmy Choo's Tamara Mellon to create an 11 piece t-shirt collection.
Proceeds from the shirts will help women from war-torn countries like Afghanistan and Iraq by providing financial and emotional support as well as jobs and business skills training.
The collection will launch March 8th, to coincide with International Women's Day and will be available to purchase on Net-a-Porter.

We've got good news and bad news.
The good news: Jimmy Choo will soon be selling sneakers!
The bad news: they're going to cost just as much as heels.
The $625 high-tops will hit shelves in May and will feature gold eyelets, exotic skins and star-print soles.
Grazia's associate fashion director said of the new kicks "Yes, these are a welcome relief for feet, but it isn’t just about feeling comfortable. Fashion is in love with all things Nineties, so it makes sense that high-top is having a moment again.”
We think they should do a more affordable version for H&M!

Well this is inneresting.
Shoe designer Jimmy Choo admitted in an interview that he wears high heels when he goes out and pAArties it up.
The 40-year-old revealed "I wear heels when I go to a club. English people are all taller than me. I have three inches with a half inch platform at the front. You have to get used to them."
Amazing! But we can't blame the guy. If our name was Jimmy Choo we would wear heels too!
And for those that are getting up in age, he says it's never too late to start wearing them. Choo advises:
"You should start with two or two and a half inches, get used to that first. But a lot of men, when they've been married for ten years, they walk in front of their wives. When a woman is wearing heels they have to walk more slowly, but sometimes their husbands won't wait for them."
But when he's lounging around at home, Jimmy says he prefers comfort over fashion, "I have slippers. I always travel Malaysian Airlines, I'm a Platinum card holder and in first class you get comfortable slippers, I take them home with me."
