Kelly Osbourne Changes From Black To Yellow

Kelly Osbourne may have been wearing a black Badgley Mischka gown earlier in the evening, but as soon as it was time to party, she changed into something a little more upbeat!

The yellow Georges Hobeika Couture dress gave her a little more wiggle room to party in as the Mischka was a bit tight on her frame.

And then of course there's the hair. She has her gray locks done up for this wardrobe change. And if anyone wonders when she'll change her hue, it's when she turns 30. Or at least that's when it's no longer appropriate according to the fashion cop!

"this was the photo shoot where i felt like a walking condom it turned out great though!"

Ha!

Great is an understatement. She looks amazeballs!

In anticipation of the new campaign, Material Girl has released a special behind the scenes video of Kelly Osbourne and Lola scouring the United States for the next Material Girl model.

During their Lucky Star search, Kelly and Lola were joined by special guest judges Perez Hilton, Johnny Wujek, Andy Lecompte, Leandra “The Man Repeller” Medine and Josh McKinley to help them choose the top 36 girls to be voted on by the public.

We absolutely love Kelly Osbourne, and we loveLOVElove her rocking the silver lady fox 'do.

But most people still have some issues with it — mainly because gray hair is the one thing women NEVER want to experiment with!

But Kelly explains on The Talk that she's 27 and she only has three more years to have fun appropriately so why not? She always wanted gray hair in her youth.

And it's not like she came from a traditional family so what do people expect??
