Gotham magazine and publisher Jason Binn are being sued by model slash actress Lydia Hearst, CocoPerez.com has exclusively learned..

According to the lawsuit filed by her lawyer on Thursday, Gotham used Lydia's image without her consent as well as fabricated interview responses in an ad for Xante alcohol.

Lydia's seeking unspecified damages.
