Marc Jacobs Prez Resolves Ex-COO's Sexual Harassment Lawsuit

Good news for Robert Duffy!

The president of Marc Jacobs has revolved the sexual harassment suit brought on by the company's ex-COO Patrice Lataillade.

In case you forgot, Lataillade said he was fired last September after complaining about Duffy's sexual misconduct in the workplace, which included naked photo shoots and pole dancing.

LVMH denied the COO's claims and promised to vigorously defend the case in court, but it looks like that won't be necessary now.

As of last week the case was officially closed with a rep for LVMH saying the lawsuit was "resolved to the satisfaction of both parties".

Marc Jacobs Speaks On Dior Rumors

Marc Jacobs is finally clearing the air about those lengthy negotiations with Christian Dior now that he's walked away from the fashion house's job offer.

The Louis Vuitton designer told Vogue:

"I am at Vuitton, and I am very happy there. There have been on-and-off conversations about Dior. I don’t know; maybe years from now, I may end up going someplace else, maybe Dior. But right now I am at Vuitton, and all that matters to me is that that’s where I am and I’m going to keep doing my thing."

As much as we'd like to see Marc at Dior, we think he probably made the right decision.

Marc Jacobs has a new man in his life: Brazilian porn star Harry Louis.

The two apparently met in London and Louis's been smitten ever since. How do we know? Twitter!

Is Raf Simons Heading To Dior???

Here we go again.

Now that Marc Jacobs is completely out of the picture, new reports say Raf Simons is in talks with Christian Dior to take over the yet-to-be-filled creative director position.

According to sources close to the situation, key details are still being hammered out with Simons, who recently extended his creative director contract with Jil Sander for an unspecified amount of time.

Hmm. We're not too sure about this one. To go from designing minimalist clothes at Jil Sander to romantic and girly ones at Dior seems like a stretch.
