M.I.A.'s Sister Designs Murder-Inspired Jewelry

Oh.

Kali Arulpragasam aka M.I.A.'s older sister, has released a gruesome collection under her Super Fertile jewelry line.

The pieces in her fall "Murder" collection resemble gunshot wounds, machete slashes and machine gun spray "to portray the inhumanity around the world".

To add a touch of elegance, each hole or slash is encrusted with rubies, sapphires, and garnets.

The look book images are pretty powerful and definitely add even more shock value than the actual pieces.

Thinks she donates a portion of sales to stop the "inhumanity" of the world???

Designers & Their Musical Muses Pose For W

In case you couldn't tell by the covers, W magazine's July issue is all about music and of course, fashion.

To play up their theme du mois, the mag rounded up some name designers and asked them to dish on their musical muses, some of which are kinda surprising.

Here are some HIGHlights from the spread:

Gucci creative director Frida Giannini on Florence Welch:

Burberry's Christoper Bailey on George Craig:

Still Not Feeling It, M.I.A.

M.I.A. made an appearance at Karl Lagerfeld's Hogan fashion show on Friday rocking her new look.

We're glad to see she touched up those icky roots she was sporting in London.

Other than that, the image overhaul still needs some a lot work.

Wonder what Unkle Karl was thinking when he saw her???

Believe it or not that's the new and, we guess, improved M.I.A.

The Paper Planes singer showed up to the Ashish fashion show in London on Tuesday looking like a cross between Real Housewife of Atlanta Nene Leakes and Kelis.
