The hem of the 19 year old's David Koma dress is lined with these iridescent trapezoidal gems that change colors when she moves, making it really fun to look at.

Miley Cyrus had a busy weekend on the red carpet.
On Friday night, the 19 year old attended the 1st Annual American Giving Awards in a Jenny Packham halter gown with lace and sequin accents. Miley was also sporting a tacky ombre ponytail that ruined the classiness of the look.
Luckily at the CNN Heroes All-Star Tribute, Miley redeemed herself.
At Sunday night's event, Miz Cyrus looked AH-MAY-ZING in a yellow gown by her favorite red carpet designer Roberto Cavalli.
We think this is the best Miley's looked in a long time! Hopefully we'll see more of this from her in 2012.

Vanessa Hudgens certainly has an “interesting” sense of style.
The young actress was once again spotted out in the Los Angeles area wearing some very, very short denim shorts.
So Miley Cyrus of her… Hah!
Hudgens finished her look with some tall heels, a printed tee, and an unbuttoned shirt.
Though when your shirt is longer than your shorts are, that can’t be a good sign.
