Nicky Hilton Sues Ex-Business Partners Over Failed Clothing Line

Paris isn't the only Hilton suing in the name of fashion!

Little sister Nicky Hilton just filed a $5 million lawsuit against Eliyahu Cohen and the Asher Group over a clothing deal gone bad.

According to the suit, the Asher Group promised to provide $4.9 million in financing for Nicky Hilton Worldwide and guaranteed the 28 year old an annual salary of $250,000 which would increase by 10% each year.

Now Nicky claims the Asher Group never got financing or paid her salary and spent what money they did have on a $9000/mo personal assistant that ran personal errands unrelated to NHW.

Hilton is seeking a minimum of $5 million in damages to "clean up the mess".

Kyle Richards Releases Her First Book

Kyle Richards hosted a signing of her first book Life Is Not A Reality Show at the Barnes & Noble at The Grove in Los Angeles, CA.

The book is described as trying to “build confidence in her readers and provide advice on successful relationships, fashion, and beauty tips” as well as offering a chance to “share her experiences with her daughters and their families to come.”

For the event, Kyle wore a light pink top, paired with some tight jeans and Valentino heels. She finished her look with some rose gold Jacob & Co. jewelry.

Joining Richards at the event were her daughters, along with her hubby Mauricio Umansky, Rick Hilton, Kathy Hilton, Nicky Hilton, as well as housewives Camille Grammer, Dana Wilkinson, and Lisa Vanderpump.
