Well hello there!

Nicole Richie was in New York City on Tuesday night for a special Fashion Star event at H&M.

The mentor was all but mellow in a yellow print Winter Kate dress, red satin Brian Atwood pumps and mustard-color House of Harlow 1960 crocodile clutch.

Nicole finished off her Fashion Star fabulous look with House of Harlow jewels and a chic high knot.

We're loving what we see from the front, but it's the back of Mrs. Madden's dress that really caught our attention!

Nicole Richie Looks Lovely In Leather

It looks like Nicole Richie is the latest celeb to get in on this season's leather pant trend.

On Wednesday the Fashion Star channeled her inner vixen at NBC's Summer Press Day in a laser cut Winter Kate shirt and Helmut Lang pants.

Because a Nicole Richie ensemble would never be complete without some House of Harlow 1960 accessories, she made sure to wear her own bangles and rings as well as HOH suede pumps.

Nicole Richie took advantage of the beautiful Southern California weather while shopping at Farmers Market this weekend

The Fashion Star mentor made looked very boho-chic in a Winter Kate jumpsuit, cow print bandana, large sunnies and Balenciaga bag.

We're not completely sold on the scarf, but maybe that was Nicole's way of getting into the farming spirit.

Nicole Richie Planning Kids Shoe Collection For House Of Harlow

As we mentioned before, Fashion Star's Nicole Richie is expanding her empire by jumping into the celebrity fragrance arena.

Now we hear that fashionista also has plans to eventually branch her House of Harlow line into other areas, including a possible children's shoe collection!

Here’s what Nicole had to say about what up next for her brand:

"I eventually want to branch out into home furnishings and other areas. Ultimately, [House of Harlow] will be a lifestyle brand. I have also thought about [designing shoes for] kids, and it is something that I would absolutely love to do, but I’m not there right now. We are not expanding right now. It’s important for me to focus on every [existing] collection and make it the best version of itself."

We're not surprised, as it seems that a kids collection would be a natural progression for one of Hollywood's most stylish mommies.

Speaking of shoes, why isn't Harlow wearing any in the picture (above)?!!!
