Old Navy is taking full responsibility for selling a cute Spider-Man children's rain jacket that "exceeds permissible levels of lead".

The retailer sent out a letter to the 140 parents who purchased the jacket in January to apologize for the oversight and request they send it back for a full refund.

Old Navy even offered each customer a $25 online gift certificate as "a gesture of appreciation".

Good for them for doing the right thing!

Nike Apologizes For Offensive St. Patty's Day Shoes

Filed Under: Oops! Shoes! Shoes! Shoes! Nike

nike black and tans

Welp! This year definitely won't be going down as the Irish's favorite St. Patrick's Day!

Urban Outfitters already offended them with their stereotypical clothing, and now so has Nike!

As soon as they unveiled their Nike SB Dunk Low (aka the Black & Tans), Irish groups dropped their jaws.

The shoe was meant to pay homage to a popular St. Patty's Day drink mix of stout and lager. But unbeknownst to Nike, "the Black and Tans" were originally a British paramilitary group known for brutally assaulting civilians during the Irish Revolution.

Ouch…

Nike apologized of course, insisting there was no intent or knowledge of the horrific history associated with the term. But maybe next time they should hire someone to do a lil' Google research!

Anna Wintour Is The Queen Of Recycling!

anna wintour rewears chanel couture 2009 state dinner met gala

Tisk, tisk!

For the second time this year, Anna Wintour has *gasp* stepped out in public in a dress she's worn in the past.

Oh the humanity!

The latest offense took place at the White House State Dinner on Wednesday when La Wintour arrived in the same black and white Chanel Couture gown she wore to the 2009 Met Gala.

You mean to tell us after all those fashion shows you just sat through, you couldn't find ANYTHING worth wearing to this event!?

We call shenanigans!

Michelle Obama stepped out to the State Dinner on Thursday night in a blue Marchesa gown only to have it stepped on by Barack Obama.

For the special evening with British Prime Minister David Cameron and wife Samantha Cameron, FLOTUS was dressed by British-born designer Georgina Chapman, who used the opportunity to dress Michelle in one of her designs.

MObama completed her blue British look with Tom Binns pearls and satin kitten heels.

What do U think of Mrs. O's latest ensemble???
