TIME magazine has made a list of the top 100 most influential fashion icons since 1923, but it's who they left off the list that's really creating a buzz.
Noticeably missing from the list of designers, models, photographers, editors, muses, and stylists include Rachel Zoe, Tyra Banks, Roberto Cavalli, Oscar de la Renta, Carolina Herrera, Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfiger, Sarah Jessica Parker — and that's just off the top of our head!
Geez. TIME's selection committee is strict!
So who were the lucky 100 that made the cut? See for yourself AFTER THE JUMP!

We'll be expecting to see Dr. Dre's daughters wearing these pieces! Ha!
This spring, Oscar de la Renta will debut his super chic kids collection for boys and girls aged 12 months to 14.
Items in the collection will run from $65 to $350, and they'll include "seersucker rompers, gingham smocked dresses, striped polos, floral blouses and more."
Should be interesting to see which celebs kids start wearing clothes from this line.
We're lookin' at U, Suri! LOLz!

Playing with a little fifties glam, Miranda Kerr gives some classy sass in Harper's Bazaar.
Featured in the April 2012 issue, Mrs. Bloom looks tres chic posing in her Bottega Veneta dress as those Agent Provocateur sunglasses keep the sun out of her eyes.
And that's not the only look she got to dress up in

Lucky cover girl Ashley Greene attended LoveIsRespect.org's Louder Than Words launch party on Wednesday night.
The Twilight star looked pretty as can be in a black and white Oscar de la Renta embellished dress, black Casadei pumps and Cathy Waterman jewels.
We're kinda surprised she didn't wear Donna Karan, but after the People's Choice panty blunder we can't really blame her.

New York designers are trying to impress the rich in China.
So Affinity China, a company that describes itself as “a concierge service that connects rich Mainlanders with luxury brands, real estate companies and experts on Ivy League college admissions when they travel abroad” is bringing Chinese tourists to NY.
Well, that was the plan at least.
