Was this the best they could do after getting rejected by Sarah Palin?
After illegally using President Obama's image in their "Fit For A President" campaign, Weatherproof has now tapped the very dead 16th President Abraham Lincoln to be featured in their ads.
Guess no one is alive to tell them they can't use his image, right?
The obviously photoshopped billboard is set to go up in Las Vegas, near Mandalay Bay and will stay up for 28 days, which includes running during the MAGIC fashion trade show.
We're just confused on why they couldn't choose someone less dead and more relevant than Abe.
Thoughts???

You betcha'!
Now that Weatherproof has to take down their Times Square billboard featuring Barack Obama, they've been trying to come up with who his successor will be.
As of right now, Weatherproof has offered the spot to ex-Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin to be the face of their women's campaign.
Palin has yet to accept the offer, but we don't see why the Republican would pass up a deal to replace the President in an ad campaign.
Until Weatherproof obtains OK'd pictures of Sexy Sarah, a picture of Mount Rushmore will be saving her place.
Thoughts???
Update: According to CNN, Palin's camp has declined the offer.
May we suggest John Edwards or Senator Scott Brown for the position?

You betcha'!
The world's largest online retailer of contacts and eyeglasses Coastal Contacts reveals that their Sarah Palin 8001 specs have been the top selling design for the past year.
People actually want to look like her? We're guessing it's her fellow hockey moms.
Sexy Sarah's glasses were originally created and designed by Japanese designer Kazuo Kawasaki and it wasn't too long after people saw her mug all across the media that people were dying to get a pair too.
Coastal Contacts Communications Manager, Jennifer Harvey says:
"Sarah Palin, whether you love her or hate her, has become a style icon in the area of eyeglasses. Women from all over the world began searching out 'The Sarah' frame after seeing her wear the design during her campaign. The Sarah Palin rimless style conveys power and elegance, which is hard to do in one frame."
We're going to pretend like she just didn't say that.
Would U wear Sarah Palin inspired glasses???

Tis the season to be witty? Barneys thinks so.
Barneys is going the humorous route with their "Have A Witty Holiday" campaign. The retailer's flagship store in New York City will be decorating their holiday windows with various scenes from memorable SNL moments.
Creative director Simon Doonan says: “In this challenging season, we thought long and hard about what we were going to do for Christmas. The purpose of holiday marketing is to create desire and ignite consumer frenzy as much as possible.”
Can a window really do that?
Doonan says the store is "deemphasizing flagrant luxury and reemphasizing fun".
Spending money is fun, when you have lots of it to throw away.
The Madison Avenue windows will be devoted to iconic SNL characters including: the Coneheads, John Belushi as a killer bee, Steve Martin as King Tut, Martin and Dan Akroyd as Two Wild and Crazy Guys, Molly Shannon’s Mary Katherine Gallagher; Gilda Radner’s Roseanne Roseannadanna; Tina Fey dressed as Sarah Palin carrying a crossbow, and Amy Poehler behind the “Weekend Update” anchor desk. Catch phrases such as “You Look Marvelous,” “Cheeseburger, Cheeseburger, Cheeseburger” and “I’m Chevy Chase and You’re Not” are scrawled on the walls.
If anything they'll get a lot of looky-loos. But whether they're going to spend their money, that we're not sure of.
