Suri Cruise Changes Outfits Twice In A Day

Suri Cruise is certainly one adorable little girl, but she’s also a little fashionista.

Earlier this week, Suri was spotted out with mom Katie Holmes in New York City. And in just one day, Suri was spotted changing up her outfit twice.

Such a little diva! LOLz!

The 5-year-old was first seen wearing a purple DKNY dress with some matching purple Venettini shoes and her favorite H&M pink coat which she accesorized with an Armani fedora hat while she held onto her dolly.

Later, Miz Cruise switched into a blue GAP Kids dress, adding some gold shoes with mini heels, a pink hat, a purple clutch and her pink coat.

Love it!

Suri The Stylist Is Magical With Clothes

Katie Holmes just can't say enough when it comes her daughter slash stylist Suri Cruise.

In an interview with British Marie Claire the former face of Ann Taylor raved:

"My daughter has been choosing her own outfits since she was two. Suri is magical when it comes to clothes - she's quite an artist! We go to fabric stores and sew together. Sometimes I take inspiration from Suri's fashion choices. I know I look good when Suri asks if she can have my outfit when she's older."

Right. Like a 5 year old won't change her mind between now and then.

Mystery Solved! Katie Holmes Explains Why Suri Won't Wear Coats

At long last!

InStyle's cover girl Katie Holmes is finally coming clean about why Suri is always pictured in the dead of winter without a coat.

She explains:

"Recently, Suri and I were taking a walk and a fight got started because it was cold outside and she didn't want to wear her coat. My philosophy is, well, fine, because after a block of walking you're going to ask me for your coat. So the pictures of her [without a coat in cold weather] are sort of embarrassing, but I said, 'Suri, I'll take the hit. Just put it on when you get cold.'"

Kinda anti-climactic, but fair enough.

Katie also talks about other things like aging and fashion. Here are more HIGHlights:

On wanting to age gracefully:

"Hopefully I can age gracefully. And if not, I'll have to figure it out. But I don't think I'm ever going to do my lips - my sisters would kill me!"

On experimenting with fashion:

"I'm not afraid to try a new designer or do something trendy, but it has to look right on my body. You don't want to look like a fashion victim!"

On always making sure to be 'ladylike':

"I always try to conduct myself in a ladylike manner. That was my mom's advice to me before every school dance, and it's really locked in."

Katie Holmes is looking fabulous on the February 2011 cover of ELLE magazine.

And we’re loving the last shot as Katie owns it with the over-the-shoulder look.

On Suri’s shopping style: “The other day we came out of a store, and she said, ‘I want to go there,’ pointing at another store quite a distance away. In that store was the dress that she wanted. I said, ‘Wow, Suri. You’re something. You picked that out from a football field away.’”

On getting fashion advice from Suri: “She’ll really tell me [what she thinks]. Like today I’m wearing brown suede pants, and she said, ‘I don’t like your pants.’ But then she’ll say, ‘You’ve got to wear these shoes.’ Or ‘That’s so pretty, Mom. Wear that.’ She’s got a great eye.”

On not letting the attention from the paparazzi get to her: “I don’t worry so much. It is what it is, and it’s fine. I’ll go somewhere because I need to get something done.”

On decorating: “I like to create a nice table. I love roses and orchids and French tulips and berries, and then a lot of things that are just pretty and I have no idea what their names are.”
