Shanna Moakler Launches Face Paint

Shanna Moakler launched her line of ~~stripper makeup~~ cosmetics, Smoak Cosmetic Line, last night, October 13, at Cafe Was in Hollywood.

According to the line's website, after modeling in New York and Miami, Shanna "knew the gravity of importance of knowing the products and knowing how to apply her own face makeup….[she] wanted to put together a collection that was more intimate and truly reflected what she feels women need in their cosmetics."

Say what?

Apparently she thinks women need metallic eyelids from brow to lash and gobs and gobs of lip gloss.

The website includes e-commerce as well as press, an "Artist of the Month," section, and tips on how to apply your makeup. So, you know, if you want to look like ~~you're turning tricks~~ Shanna, you can get pointers straight from the horse's mouth (be warned: the site is so poorly written, it takes patience and time to decipher the run-ons and errors, as exemplified above).

The line includes everything from foundation and face primers to brushes and makeup remover.

Naomi Campbell Flip Flops

PETA will not be pleased!

Naomi Campbell went back on her word!

The model, who in the past had posed for PETA's I'd Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur campaign, recently modeled designer Dennis Basso's pricey furs in the buff.

The ads feature Campbell wearing various coats made of Russian sable.

Campbell commented on the ads, saying that "Yes, I am still wearing fur, but I've made up with that guy from PETA."

What does that even mean??

Avril Wants Models, But Won't Pay

Despite the poor performance of Avril Lavigne's clothing line, she is adamant about pressing on and will have a show during New York Fashion Week next month to showcase her newest "creations:".

Interestingly, sources reveal to CocoPerez.com exclusively that Avril's peeps have been hassling modeling agencies in an attempt to get models to walk in her show for FREE. That's right - they can't afford to pay the models. In fact, they can't even afford to give them a clothing trade (not that they'd want one).

We'd like to note that we use the word "hassling," because that's exactly what they're doing. Apparently, they've called one agency in particular not once, but two times already, to try and badger them into submission we guess.

When you can't afford to pay the models, maybe it's time to give up on the fashion dream.

Please?
