Looks like the ball has been put in motion!
Tom Ford is starting to build his design team for his debut collection for the ladies by recruiting accessories specialists.
Tom previously said that it would take him 18 months to put together his much anticipated collection and that was back October.
Hopefully that means he's on schedule to launch next year!

Tom Ford must have really enjoyed working with British cutie patootie Nicholas Hoult on his film A Single Man!
The designer has recruited the Skins star to work with him again, this time as a model for Ford's eyewear collection.
Looking very debonair!
We're glad Tom is shining the spotlight on Nicholas, we think he's got a bright future ahead of him.
Plus, he's not exactly hard to look at!
We loves!

You didn't think Karl Lagerfeld could sit back and watch Tom Ford and Dolce & Gabbana be the only designers to make movies, did you?
Unkle K has made a short film Vol de Jour featuring Laura Stone and Karl's favorite eye candy Baptiste Giabiconi gallivanting around Paris stealing Chanel swag.
Kind of lame, but if anything it's a great training video for their nonexistent security team.
How many people do you think will attempt to pull a five finger discount at Chanel after watching this clip (above)?

Going in the opposite direction as Tom Ford, Christian Dior designer John Galliano has announced he will be designing menswear under Ittierre.
The new line, which becomes available starting in the fall of next year, will be a "contemporary-priced, urban casual sportswear line".
Inneresting.
We can expect to see everything from outerwear, shirts, jeans and accessories for "trendsetting, extravagant, adventurous" 18 to 35 year olds said the fashion house.
Can't wait to see what he comes up with!
