For real this time!
ANTM's short winner Nicole Fox has landed a gig modeling clothes in Wildfox Couture's Fall 2010 look book.
It may not be a huge campaign like Alexander McQueen, but at least she can say she's gotten more jobs than other Tyra winners turned losers!
Congrats!

If you tuned in to catch new ANTM judge Andre Leon Talley, you were probably disappointed since TyTy made it a two part premiere (which BTW, no one even bother to tell Andre he wouldn't be on the first part, nice going Tyrannosaurus.)
But to make up for that, Andre recently sat down to talk about anything and everything including squashing that nasty rumor of him riding an elephant.
Here are some highlights from the Vogue editor at large's interview:
On Anna Wintour watching the show:
Oh no, Anna doesn't look at television. Maybe tennis. Just tennis…I don't think she's a television-watcher. I've been to her home many times and I've never seen her watch the TV.
On fitting in on the judging panel:
No! I love Tyra. It's like coming home.
On whether or not "dreckitude" will become the new 'it' word:
We will see! I don't know. I can't gauge these things. This is all new to me.
On riding the rumors of riding an elephant:
Oh no, no, no, no, no! I love the rumor, but it's not true. I went to see an elephant in a zoo and we bonded. Tyra and I spent an afternoon with an elephant. But we by no means rode the elephant. I love the idea that people think I'm riding elephants on the show. That's cool.
On the lack of diversity on the runway:
Oh, but Diane Von Furstenberg did her duty! Half her show was black models. That was one of the great shows. You know, it's never going to go back to what it was. We will always make them aware. There is always going to be an awareness about that. I don't think that is a fair criticism of that, because in all the shows there was lots of diversity.
One thing's for sure Tyra sure did leave everyone chomping at the bit to see ALT.
Are U excited for ALT's debut???

So he may not have said those words exactly, but it's close enough.
New ANTM judge Andre Leon Talley thinks contestants on the show need to stop with the excuses. Andre explains:
I just don’t think they should make excuses. They should take notes and say ‘thank you.’ That’s what I did. In my day you didn’t speak until spoken to. You are the student. We are the teachers.
But when would Tyra get to yell and go cray-cray on them?
And for those of you who will be tuning in, which we think you should especially since Perezzers is going to be on the premiere episode, smize is no longer the buzz word.
ALT coined a new word "dreckitude". He defines it as "the lowest point in the lowest ebb. It could be your look. It could be your shoes. It could be that you’re standing wrong. Drek is a total, total, total hot mess."
Loves it!

This is inneresting.
Italian Vogue has added some new sections to their website: Vogue Black, Vogue Curvy and Vogue Talents.
Vogue Black is dedicated to women of color. For the launch, Tyra Banks is featured everywhere since she was in the mag's 2008 all black issue. In addition to the smize queen, the site offers different sections like beauty tips, a blog, new faces and a celebrity look of the day.
As the name suggests, Vogue Curvy is for the ladies with curvy figures and first features plus size model Crystal Renn. The site offers fashion and beauty tips as well as how to dress your body.
Lastly, Vogue Talents is a page the spotlights up and coming talent in the fashion world.
We guess it's nice that they're featuring these sections, but why can't the fashion world accept them all without separating the two?
Thoughts???

Looks like some major drama went down recently at a New York nightclub.
The incident took place between former America's Next Top Model contestant Atalya Slater and a female partygoer.
The season 10 contestant got into a fight with a female and it all occurred over a coat!
A witness reveals:
"This girl was trying to take her jacket from a booth when Slater started to grab it. She thought it was hers. They started playing tug of war over it, and then, all of a sudden, she started slamming the girl in the head."
Dayum! Luckily, security was able to break up the fight and Slater was held until the cops came.
As for the victim, she was reportedly taken to the hospital by ambulance while Slater was arrested for assault and later released.
No word yet on who actually owned the jacket, but getting into a fist fight over a misunderstanding? We wouldn't be surprised if alcohol or drugs were involved.
Tyra would not approve!
