Madonna rarely attends a big event without a pair of fingerless gloves and Joan Rivers thinks she knows why.

The Fashion Police queen says:

"She's not picking up the glove from Michael Jackson, she's trying to hide those wrinkly old hands. Believe me, you can hide a lot of things, but the hands always give it away. But I feel bad for Madonna — whenever you are that successful you are controversial. People love to hate you. Look at Angelina Jolie: I have never met the bitch and I despise her."

When you're Madonna you can do whatever the eff you want, plus the gloves work for her. On anyone else they'd just look ridiculous.

Marc Jacobs is taking a different approach for his latest Protect The Skin You're In campaign t-shirts.

Rather than featuring nekkid models, the designer got Eric Cartman, Randy Marsh and Butters Stotch of South Park to strip down for him.

MJ's business partner Robert Duffy told WWD the show's creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone were very involved in the process and were also very protective:

"They’re very, very cautious about collaborations. We’ve worked with so many artists in the past, and I’d say Trey and Matt are the most protective of their brand. They were so involved, to the point of wanting to know the texture of the T-shirt and how thick the paint is on the silk screen. I really wanted to do Kenny, but they said there was absolutely no way they were going to let me use Kenny. I wanted to see what he looks like without his coat."

If you want to help Cartman, Butters and Randy to spread the word the shirts are now available online and at Marc by Marc Jacobs boutiques for $35.

Exciting news for all you Miu Miu fans.

The luxury company is launching a limited edition collection of their famous handbags.

The line of 46 bags has unique features like 17 different material combinations and uses materials such as crocodile, ostrich, and python along with more common items like linen.

We’re sure PETA is thrilled.

The 16 “New York” bags will be on display during New York Fashion Week, with the other bags being displayed during the fashion weeks of their respective cities (London, Milan, and Paris).

The bags start at $1,495 and retail up to $2,795.

As we mentioned last year, James Franco was selected by 7 For All Mankind to direct their spring video campaign.

The campaign won't be revealed until March, but in the meantime the high-end denim brand has just released a behind the scenes video with Franco behind the camera.

Douglas Perrett has put together a limited edition book, Wild Things, showcasing all of the kodaks taken of aspiring models he saw from 2000-2010.

As one of the most popular casting directors, Douglas saw what we know now as some of the most famous models — including Miranda Kerr.

Douglas wrote down first impressions with the photos and here's what he said about her:

She would always do her castings with her blonde friend, another Aussie who would always get the job. She never booked the jobs.

Other top models included in the collection are Rosie-Huntington Whitely, Iman, and Candice Swanepoel.

He thought Candice was very Barbie-like and didn't like her at first.

The Duchess of Cambridge paid a royal visit to the Lucian Freud art exhibit at the strong>National Portrait Gallery on Wednesday night.

For her first solo outing, Kate looked ever so classy in a gray Jesire dress and black Jimmy Choo pumps.

To prepare for her appearance, the Duchess spent four hours at the Richard Ward salon on Monday, which would explain why her hair looks extra glossy.

Growing up, Karolina Kurkova never felt normal being as skinny as she was.

Then she landed the cover of American Vogue at the age of 16 and she finally felt a confidence in herself. She was learning "it was okay to be different."

But that confidence quickly waned when she began werkin' it on the catwalk and was told her figure wasn't skinny enough!!

In a health and fashion panel, she also revealed she suffered a thyroid problem at 24, causing a 30lb weight gain:

I was 24 and going through menopause. That was one of my side effects. I thought I was going crazy. I was having panic attacks every minute and I didn’t know what was happening, because I’ve been a healthy person. I’ve exercised all my life. I’ve always eaten well and taken care of myself.

Also suffering from weight pressure??

Fellow model Elettra Wiedemann told the panel she was told to get a breast reduction and nose job if she wanted continued success as a model.

We all knew there was pressure in the modeling industry but when you learn some detailed first-hand accounts, it's chilling!!

Bad news for Oprah Winfrey.

According to the the latest report from the Audit Bureau of Circulations, O magazine sales dropped from 608,212 copies to 413,363 copies compared to the same period last year. For all you non-math whizzes that's 32%.

The magazine's total circulation also saw a 5% drop, bringing the total to only 2,380,782.

Hearst Corporation president David Carey explains:

"We knew that the turn away from the syndicated show would remove what was in effect a daily promotion for the magazine. We’re turning to a slightly heavier subscription model."

Maybe it's time to revamp the magazine and put people whose name isn't Oprah on the cover. Just a thought.

Karl Lagerfeld may think she's "too fat", but Adele doesn't care because she's proud of her curves.

She told the latest issue of People magazine:

"I've never wanted to look like models on the cover of magazines. I represent the majority of women and I'm very proud of that."

We think it's safe to say Adele won't be wearing Chanel anytime soon.
