Gap Rethinks Their Lameballs New Logo

That didn't take long.

Thanks to the global outcry over their new logo, Gap is being forced to rethink their terrible decision.

The retailer posted this message on their Facebook page:

Thanks for everyone’s input on the new logo! We’ve had the same logo for 20+ years, and this is just one of the things we’re changing. We know this logo created a lot of buzz and we’re thrilled to see passionate debates unfolding! So much so we’re asking you to share your designs. We love our version, but we’d like to see other ideas. Stay tuned for details in the next few days on this crowd sourcing project.

So basically after shelling out tons of money for the revamp, they're wanting consumers to design their logo for free?

Here's an idea: just go back to the old one. It wasn't broken in the first place, so why fix it?

When we think of clothing stores in Italy, we think of high-end apparel.

But surprisingly, Gap has just revealed it's going forward with its plans to open shop in Italy.

This year, Gap and Banana Republic will open in Milan. By next year, the stores will open up in Rome and other cities nearby.

And Milan's store won't be small either. It'll take up over 84,000 square feet and cover three floors. The store will also carry BabyGap, GapKids, GapMaternity, and GapBody collections.

As for the Banana Republic store, it'll be around 57,000 square feet with ready-to-wear collections and accessories.

What do U think, are U a Gap fan?

Kerry's Got Legs

Filed Under: Fashion Smashion Lisa Rinna Red Carpet Kerry Washington

It was all about the high cut dresses this year!

Kerry Washington joined the whores hoards of other celebs that showed off their gams at the Costume Institute Gala.

The actress wore a red Thakoon for Gap gown. We would have liked the look if she did something besides slicking her hair back on her head. A nice up-do would have done wonders.

Also, it might be time to lay off the lip plumpers. Your lips are looking a little like Lisa Rinna's.

And the ruffles. And the bows. And the pleats.

Up In the Air's Vera Farmiga was wearing everything but the kitchen sink on her Sophie Theallet for Gap dress at the Costume Institute Gala last night.

It's an inneresting chioce. Kudos to her for wearing it!
