Estrella Gets The Eff Out Of Ungaro!

It was only a matter of time.

Just a day after we mentioned Emanuel Ungaro owner Asim Abdullah was looking to bring in a new designer, current chief designer Estrella Archs announced she's leaving!

A spokesperson for the label said:

"Estrella Archs announces that she has left her job as chief designer of Emanuel Ungaro due to irreconcilable differences related to the creative direction of the brand. Estrella Archs will continue developing her own brand, established in 2007, and presenting her collections in the Paris Fashion Week."

Sure you want to get involved, Giles???

Ungaro's Looking For New Designing Blood

Still trying to salvage what's left, are we?

On top of needing a buyer, Asim Abdullah, owner of Emanuel Ungaro is looking for a new designer for the fashion label that seems to be hanging by a thread thanks to Lindsay Lohan.

Thankfully this time around he's actually looking for someone who actually knows how to design.

Asim was spotted having lunch in Paris on Friday with designer Giles Deacon.

Both declined comment, but if a new designer does take the bait chief designer Estrella Archs will be out the door.

Good luck to both parties involved! You're going to need it!

Ungaro's Still Looking For A Buyer

Even though Emanuel Ungaro owner Asim Abdullah denied the fashion label was for sale, it looks like he's still on the prowl for an investor to get him out of that $25 million debt!

It's being reported that Abdullah has offered Italian fashion mogul Matteo Marzotto a 75% stake in the company.

Marzotto, who used to be a chairman at Valentino, couldn't be reached for comment, but we're sure this is going to be a hard sale for anyone!

Abdullah seems to be desperate for money since he's being forced to clean up the mess that Lindsay Lohan left in her wake.

However, Lindsanity seems to be still be coming out on top despite not being with Ungaro anymore. According to her contract, Asim still has to pay her $1.5 million for three years.

We'd be finding a loophole if we were you, Abdullah!

Has the day finally come? Is Lindsay Lohan on the outs with Ungaro!?

If Monday was any indication, it seems like that's a YES!

Emanuel Ungaro's "artistic adviser" was nowhere to be found at fashion house's showing on Monday morning. And according to Ungaro's owner Asim Abdullah "She's not involved in this collection."

Maybe they finally came to their senses!

We can't wait to hear La Loca's lame excuse for being at other shows like Dior and John Galliano but not at her so called "job"!
