Hairtech International Claims Paris Cost Them Even More Money

The hair extension company suing Paris Hilton for breach of contract has backtracked on their original claim that the heiress cost them $35 million in sales.

Hairtech International did some recalculating and now say they actually lost double that amount!

Really!? $70 million?

We think their accountant needs to go back and crunch some numbers.

Paris is already countersuing the company for $3 million plus punitive damages.

On Tuesday, Katy her way around New York City in a Purr themed van wearing an indigo-colored dress by Zac Posen.

We're liking this purple theme she's got going on!

It also looks like Katy pulled a Rihanna and got some new extensions.

We like!

What's Up With Miley's Face?

Miley Cyrus was seen leaving her New York City hotel this week looking a little, umm, different.

We can't tell if she did something different with her hair, you know besides taking out her hooker extensions, or makeup.

Then again she did just get out of a relationship so maybe she's been eating her emotions.

Paris Sued Over Hair Extensions!

Bad news for Paris Hilton. The socialite is being sued by Hairtech for not hawking their faux tresses.

The lawsuit claims Paris was paid $3.5 million in 2007 to promote Hairtech International's Dream Catcher hair extensions, but was "seen in magazines and on television not wearing [their] hair extensions and was in fact wearing competitors' hair extension products."

Hairtech goes on to say that Hilton breached her contract when she went to jail in June of 2007 because her contract included an implied term that she would "obey the law".

Paris also missed an important launch party for the extensions while she was serving time, which resulted in $6.6 million in lost revenue.

The company is seeking a whopping $35 million.

Ouch.
