Sarah Jessica Parker — Best Dressed At Harry Potter Premiere?

Last night marked the premiere party for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1 held in New York City.

Spotted attending, and becoming the coolest mom ever, was Sarah Jessica Parker who brought along her 8-year-old cutie James Wilkie and her hubby Matthew Broderick.

While we’re guessing she was partly there for her son to enjoy the flick, she didn’t let that stop her from out dressing the other celebs.

SJP wore a black, detailed Vivienne Westwood dress with some killer Nicholas Kirkwood blue, lace heels.

Love, love, love the shoes!

Emma Watson Working On An Organic Clothing Line

With the end of the Harry Potter franchise soon approaching, Emma Watson suddenly has a lot more free time on her hands.

But the actress is definitely going to keep busy. Aside from attending college, Emma will also be creating her own clothing line!

The 20-year-old cutie is collaborating with Alberta Ferretti to create a collection. Reveals Emma:

"We are doing an organic clothing range. I can't reveal the name yet but there will be more information about it soon."

But don’t expect anything very modern as Emma’s inspiration is English actress Jane Birkin. Adds the cutie, "Very classic, 60s Jane Birkin.”

So just how did Emma get involved with Ferretti?

Turns out the actress was the one who was approached. Emma reveals Ferretti “wrote to me and said, 'I saw what you did with People Tree and I think it's a great idea and will you do something with me?'"

And we're loving that the collection will be organic. Emma adds:

"I will put it out there that I will work for anyone for free if they are prepared to make their clothing fair trade organic."

Unfortunately, you'll need to wait to check out the new clothes. The line won't be released until late next year.

Emma Watson: Bridesmaid Before Burberry!

She may be hitting the red carpet in some of the biggest names in fashion, but it wasn't always like that.

In the early years of Harry Potter, a young Emma Watson had to dress herself for the big events.

She told British Vogue:

"Everyone images stylists were on tap from the studio, but we got nothing. Sometimes I had two days' notice before an event and there was nothing appropriate for a 14 year old to wear. I'd look in my wardrobe and there was literally nothing. It was either borrow from my stepmother, or go to the bridesmaid department at Harrods."

It looks like everything worked out for the best. Now Emma has designers calling her to wear their creations!

Hermione Wasn't Allowed To Cut Her Hair Or Tan

In the December issue of Vogue UK, cover girl Emma Watson opens up about what she couldn't do to her appearance while filming the Harry Potter movies.

Emma reveals:

"I was contractually obliged not to cut my hair, not to tan. All the normal things girls do, I couldn’t. So when I got the chance to change my appearance, this [gesturing to her hair] is what I did."

We love her hair-chopping rebellion, but at the same time she got to be Hermione Granger for the past 9 years. We're pretty sure all those "normal" girls would have gladly given up those things for a gig like that.
