Celebrity Credit Card Scamming Salon Owner Faces 30 Months In Jail

The Beverly Hills salon owner who swiped credit card information from A-listers like Jennifer Aniston and Cher will learn her fate this week.

Maria Hashemipour already plead guilty to fraud in January and the US Attorney's Office wants her to be thrown in jail for 30 months. The jail sentence would also come with two years of supervised release and paying 511,312.26 in restitution.

Sounds like she's getting off relatively easy for racking up over $800,000 in fraudulent charges in five years.

Lindsay Does One Of Her Last Photo Shoots Before Reporting To Jail

Soak up that sun, Lindsay!

Lindsay Lohan landed in Miami over the weekend for a photo shoot that will be featured in Plum Magazine.

The shoot and interview is said to be a "no holds barred" interview with Plum CEO Jerry Powers and will be broadcast on cable's Plum TV on June 15 - the day before she is scheduled to report to authorities for her two-week jail sentence.

Lindsay wore a sophisticated cream and gold number, then switched gears and donned a beautiful floral dress as she posed under the sun.

Werk it, Linds! It might be a while before you get a chance to wear such beautiful clothes again!

Botox Mom Had Spent Time In Jail And Lied To Police!

Everything we hear about Botox Mom just sounds crazier and crazier.

Sheena Upton first claimed to have injected her 8-year-old daughter with botox and then said it was all a lie.

Well, it seems Upton isn’t the most trustworthy person, especially since she’s lied in the past — to legal authorities!

It’s just been revealed that the mother of the year has spent 14 days in jail in connection with three separate driving violations. Even worse, according to reports she lied to the police during two of the incidents.

In May of 2003, Upton was charged with providing false information to a police officer during a traffic stop. She later plead guilty, was fine $20 in court costs (which she never paid) and served 4 days in jail.

Apparently she didn’t learn her lesson that time as a year later she was charged with driving with a suspended license, failed to appear in court, and then plead guilty.

Then in May of 2005 she was AGAIN caught driving without a license and then according to reports lied to police officers that time as well.

Upton was then charged with driving without a license and providing false information and got sent to jail for 10 days and issued a $40 fine, which again she didn’t pay forcing authorities to send a collection agency after her.

Someone needs to keep this lady off the road and away from her kids until she seeks some mental evaluation to verify she’s fit to care for her children.

The singer turned designer can pull off a lot of looks, unfortunately for her this dress isn't one of them.

Also we can't help but notice Gwen was looking a little fuller in the stomach. Let the pregnancy rumors begin!
