This is getting to be too much.

Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian have signed a deal with Jupi Corporation to release a home, apparel and accessories line.

Haven't they done that already!?

The first collection, which debuts in 2011, will include a women's ready-to-wear range, lingerie, handbags, belts and wallets.

But wait there's more!

The famewhoring sisters also plan to release a line of luggage, swimwear, footwear AND childrenswear at a later date.

Hopefully they're still relevant when this shiz hits stores.

Is this a new Louis Vuitton ad?

Not quite. This is the luggage Paris Hilton is bringing with her when she travels to South Africa for the World Cup.

The heiress posted on her Twitter that she's "All Packed and Ready for The World Cup! So excited!"

With all the shopping she'll be doing in South Africa, girlfriend will be needing another private jet just for her luggage!

Packer a little lighter next time.

Coach Suing Kmart Over Counterfeit Items

Filed Under: Legal Matters Business Blitz

wenn7754424.jpg

Looks like Burlington isn't the only one getting sued for counterfeit items.

This time around, Coach is going after Kmart.

The fashion brand is suing Kmart for selling luggage with a look and pattern too similar to Coach's trademarked "C"s.

Coach filed the lawsuit on Thursday and claims Kmart has misappropriated their design of featuring four "C"s arranged in a square pattern.

And earlier this year, Coach purchased a set of luggage from Kmart for less than $80 and stated:

"The luggage set was examined by Coach and found to be counterfeit merchandise," with a "confusingly similar" design, quality, craftsmanship that "does not meet Coach's high quality standards".

The average manufacturer's suggested retail price for an authentic Coach suitcase and satchel are approximately $500 and $350, respectively, and not $79.99."

Coach hopes the lawsuit will stop the sale of those counterfeit bags. They're also suing for punitive damages as well.

Besides, forget Kmart, you know people go to their local flea market shops to buy some Goach, GUGGI, and Folex items.
