The MileyBird's little sister, Noah Cyrus, was spotted with mamma Tish visiting the set of Wizards of Waverly Place with a significantly darker 'do!

We think she's a little young to be messing around with her hair color, but there's no denying that it suits her nicely!

Who Invited Stephanie Pratt To The Emmys?

Stephanie Pratt showed up on the red carpet wearing a lovely Guess blouse dress.

Seems Miz Pratt was given a "Mad Men" makeover before attending the awards show.

Does that mean slut it up on the red carpet?

The only nice thing about her entire look, has to be her hair. And that's not saying much.

BritBrit Needs A Makeover

At least Molly Sims thinks so.

After bashing Heidi Montag, the model told Health magazine that Britney Spears needs to ditch the boots and the tank tops. Molly explains "She’s so pretty-she just needs help with dressing. She gets too many trends going at once."

It would be weird to see Britney looking put together while making her daily Starbucks trip, no?

Paves And Pals, Makeovers For Charity

Looks like Jessica Simpson’s BFF, hairstylist Ken Paves, loves the kiddies.

Earlier this week, Paves lent his Hollywood salon to help raise money for Rally For Kids, a charity event which helps raise funds for kids suffering from cancer.

The event is an annual car rally that takes place and last year Paves even joined in and raced one of the cars.

So to help raise funds this time around, the stylist offered makeovers with the help of Oprah’s favorite eyebrow guru, Anastasia Soare, Pussycat Dolls founder Robin Antin, and the lovely Eva Longoria.

All the proceeds from the makeovers, some going for $250 with others up to $1,000 per service, are going to benefit the charity.

The group even spent some time playing with some of the cancer survivors.

Nice to see celebs doing good.
