One Million Moms Strikes Again! Goes After Urban Outfitters!

Those 40,000 One Million Moms are at it again!

The group, who highly opposed Ellen DeGeneres’ role as the JCPenney spokeswoman earlier this year, have launched another attack — this time, at clothing retailer Urban Outfitters!

One Million Moms ranted on their website about the picture (above), stating:

"The April 2012 catalog from Urban Outfitters has begun arriving in home mailboxes the last couple of days. On page two of this catalog is a picture of two women kissing in a face holding embrace! The ad and catalog are clearly geared toward teenagers. The content is offensive and inappropriate for a teen who is the company's target customer."

GASP! Two girls kissing…seriously?!? How ridiculous!

We think these moms should pick up some OTHER hobbies in their free time, like maybe teaching themselves some tolerance, perhaps?! Just a suggestion.

We hope they end up dropping this case just as they did with Ellen’s!!

Katie Price Wants To Get You Wet

In her new line of swimwear…duh!

As we reported last week, the epic pair of boobs that is Katie Price has designed a line of giant neon band-aids swimwear so that the general public can look just like her while lounging by their private pools.

This past weekend Katie promoted her new line at Store 21 at the Westcroft Retail Park in Milton Keynes, England.

The reality star really went all out for the promo event, donning grey sweats and a long-sleeved tee.

But at least she was showing her fans some love by signing autographs, right?

And why so shiny, Katie? Did you mistake a car shop for a fake tanning booth?? Wax on, wax off!

Hermès Loses Their Chinese Trademark Case

Gather round, everyone! It's time for a business lesson.

When companies become popular in China, the Chinese will sometimes call the company by a different name. It's just a language transfer thing, but when this happens, it's smart to go ahead an register the name given.

However, if they wait until they begin expansion in China, they might be too late — just ask Hermes.

The French company lost an appeal to register their Chinese name Ai Ma Shi with the China Trademark Appeal Board because an apparel company with the same name registered for it back in 1995.

Beijing lawyer Stan Abrams explained a local version of a brand’s name has more value than that of a foreign-language brand.
