The Kardashians have unleashed their lawyers on a woman trying to trademark an eyelash growing product called KardashianLash.
The woman behind the trademark filing, Sarah Ehrlich, says she didn't think the Kardashians would mind since profits from the product would help send Honduran orphans to cosmetology school.
Pfft. Girl, please! Did you not learn anything from Kim's Old Navy lawsuit!?
The sisters K plan to fight Ehrlich's trademark petition, claiming it's a blatant rip-off of their own trademark.

Snooki might love the press but we doubt she’s liking this one. The tiny guidette filed a lawsuit last month to end her partnership with SRG Ventures.
The two had entered into a licensing deal where Snooks would have her name on items like home goods to clothing and more.
However, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi claims the deal wasn’t as lucrative as they had agreed upon. Her attorneys state they “failed to secure” royalty guarantees of at least $250k and another $250k in a license from a major retailer.
They also claim SRG didn’t bring in “five licenses approved” by Snooki.
As for SRG, they filed a motion yesterday to move the case to NYC as they plan to counter-sue claiming they have evidence to show otherwise.
They also claim Snooki was too busy to commit to the deal and that she had stated she owned certain trademarks but didn’t.
They also claim they introduced her to a fragrance deal which she turned down and then “She and her management team went behind SRG’s back and consummated the deal” with the fragrance company.
Shady!!!
We’ll have to wait to see how this ends up in court.

Christian Louboutin is getting some support from the color red's biggest rival: blue!
On Tuesday, Tiffany & Co. filed a brief supporting the shoe maker's quest to prove to Judge Victor Marrero is wrong and it is possible to have a trademark on the color red.
If anyone should know about trademarking a color it's Tiffany. In 1998 the company registered its signature Tiffany blue trademark for packaging.

And so the war escalates!
In light of Abercrombie & Fitch issuing a press release last month claiming that they had offered The Situation a 'substantial' amount of money to stop wearing their clothes, the Jersey Shore star has not only claimed that he hasn't seen any offer, but has now had his lawyers send the company a cease-and-desist letter for what he claims to be an infringement on his legal copyright by printing several of his slogans - including The Fitchuation and GTL Fitch - on their t-shirts!
According to the letter:
"We doubt that you could provide a valid reason why you used these specific designs, except to create a (false) association with our client's goodwill."
Hey! We can't help but agree!
Seems pretty tasteless to condemn his antics to the extent that they don't want him to wear their clothes, and then go ahead and cash in on his popularity by ripping off his slogans!
We can't see how they intend to argue their way around this one!

Remember how Madonna was sued for calling her Macy's clothing line Material Girl?
Almost a year after the lawsuit was filed, a judge has denied Her Madgesty's request to throw out the case filed by LA Triumph and is set to go to trial next month.
MG Icon tried to argue Madonna was the senior user of the Material Girl trademark after releasing the song back in 1984, but Judge S. James Otero disagreed.
LA Triumph, who released a clothing line with the same name in 1997, is suing for unspecified damages and wants Madge to find a new name for her clothing line.
