Taylor's Leaving Rachel!!

If you watch the show, this should come as no huge surprise, but Rachel Zoe's dependable Debbie downer, Taylor Jacobsen, is leaving Rachel Zoe Inc., after four years with the pint-sized stylist.

Throughout the two seasons The Rachel Zoe Project has been on the air, one of the many things Taylor constantly complained about was her job, with good reason. Rach is a great stylist but not the best boss, often leaving Taylor to make the tough decisions, failing to give her more responsibility after four years, and forcing Taylor to be the whip-cracker more often than not.

Tay was fed up with not having gone anywhere after four years, and we would be too! Good for her for finally taking the reins and making a positive change.

According to sources, she sent out an email saying, "After four amazing years at Rachel Zoe Corporation, I'm saddened and exhilarated at the same time to announce my departure. After much thought and consideration, I have decided to take the challenging leap to go off and style on my own."

We're exhilarated for you too, Tay! Go get 'em!
