Since Elizabeth Taylor is her idol, it should come as no surprise that Kim Kardashian got in on the bidding action at Liz's jewelry auction this week.
The reality star ended up shelling out $64,900 for three diamond and jade bracelets for two reasons. One, she believes jade has some sort of energy associated with it and two she will share a "deeper connection" with the legend.
Coincidentally the bracelets are designed by Lorraine Schwartz, the same jeweler behind Kim's Elizabeth Taylor-inspired engagement ring and 12 carat diamond wedding band.
Hopefully she'll be able to wear these more than 72 days.
